Impressive, large, four-storey neoclassical
building of the late 19th or early 20th century. The facade has a
tripartite articulation. The surfaces are divided by elements of
the Classical orders. The central part is emphasised by balconies
supported on columns and a grand arched entrance on the ground
floor.
