This
is one of the most interesting mansions in the town dating from the
Venetian period (probably 17th century). It was originally a
two-storey building. The ground floor on the facade has a
characteristic arcade, in which the keystones of the arches are
adorned by sculpted male and female heads, recalling the decoration
of the Loggia. The upper storey has a spacious balcony above this
arcade. During the Venetian period, it was from this balcony that
the town officials watched the jousting contests held in the
streets during carnival. The building has storeys added later, and
the interior is completely altered.
