The
most important monument of British Rule, one of the first
neoclassical structures in Greece. Built with Malta stone. The
façade is decorated with a Doric colonnade, interrupted by two
majestic gates forming triumphal arches at curves at its ends,

over the cornice is adorned with reliefs by the Corfiot sculptor

rich relief and painted decoration
