The aim of the “DVT”, Technical Application Document, is to help designers and enterprises to use the construction product in the proper way, based on the technical data contained in the Document, as well as to steer optimal design, installation, application and maintenance processes. The DVT delivers a prior quality technical assessment of the fitness for use, under given circumstances, based on the consideration of aspects that are not under a mandatory scheme. Its content depends, in general terms on the Attestation of Conformity System applicable under the mandatory scheme.
