EU H2020 Project ENOUGH – European food chain supply to reduce GHG emissions by 2050

The third Annual Meeting of the EU H2020 project ENOUGH – European food chain supply to reduce GHG emissions by 2050 took place in Paris from 2nd to 4th July; an Industry Workshop followed on 5th July, involving firms operating towards food chains decarbonisation of the food chain.
After visiting INRAE (the French National Research Institute for Agriculture, Food and the Environment) laboratories in Antony, abut 50 participants, representing the 31 ENOUGH partners and the Advisory Council, shared results and planned activities for the last year of the project.
CNR-ITC presented results from the high-level top-down model estimating food chain emissions in European Countries. As leader of activities related to field demonstration of technologies for the decarbonisation of the food chain, CNR-ITC contributed to both work session and industrial workshop, highlighting results of the 21 demonstrators.
Finally, post-doc researcher Francesco Fabris was awarded for his intense activity in publications: 6 ENOUGH papers as first author and 8 as co-author published at International Conferences or Journals!

WP leader Silvia Minetto (ITC) and Francesco Fabris (ITC) awarded for having published the highest number of Enough-related articles.
